When will my order arrive?

As soon as your pre-order item/s have arrived at our warehouse and is ready to be shipped, you'll receive an email with your shipping information. As outlined on the products page this timeframe is estimated to be 2-4 weeks after pre-sale launch, with orders expected to ship out late June 2024. 

The shipping timeframe once dispatched is determined by the shipping option you select at checkout. 

When do I have to pay?

Your items require full payment at checkout to confirm your order.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

You might be able to cancel your item before we prepare your order. As per our terms and conditions. Please note, once cancelled, we cannot guarantee access to this style once stock arrives.

Can I change my delivery address?

Of course! Please email our team via support@shopshawty.com prior to your order shipping and we can update this for you.

If I purchase items available now, will everything come together? 

AU, NZ & USA: We will split your order and ship out what's available now and then the rest of your order will be shipped late June 2024. 

Rest of world: We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items if you would like your in stock items shipped ahead of the pre-ordered products being available.

Are the items that ship later still eligible for return?

Yes, just make sure items meet the conditions of our Returns Policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the pieces. If your order is split up, the items will have different final return dates based on when each product was delivered.
